Within the Fallen Leaves

Tw: Deep discussion/ Sections mentioned/ Questions/ Self-Reflection and External Reflection

Good afternoon everyone, It has been such a long time since I have done one of these. Well, here I am delivering another good thoughtful, and deeply entuned discussion. Today, I would like to take a moment to discuss the terminology "Within the Fallen Leaves".
When you think of this terminology what is the first thing that comes to mind? Fall/Autumn right? This is perfectly normal considering it mentions "Fallen Leaves". What if I told you it was a metaphor for releasing learning methods, personality traits, etc just like the shedding of skin that a reptile does.
Releasing the old is always seen as therapeutic which is true because you are ridding of the old habits that no longer coincide with the version of you that is coming to fruition. Sometimes, when we adapt to change, we adapt in the ways of others because of the influence at the time. There is nothing wrong with being influenced in positive ways, but it's when negativity comes into play that you should walk the other way. Society finds so many ways to applaud the negativity and shrug off the positive. Especially when it comes to celebrating achievements, you either hear minor chanting or nothing at all. This is rather alarming, this makes the "Leaves" around you that have fallen from you seem unnoticed and can make you feel alone in the changes of the "season" you are undergoing.

Remember each celebration is deserved, so yes always look at your "leaves" and clap, because at the end of the day. Those things that are no longer a part of you and have drifted away to become part of the past deserve to be noticed. If no one has told you today, I will be the first "Congratulations on releasing those old ways and habits". I hope you all have a wonderful day <3

@InsightfulPhoenix Thank you for sharing such an interesting phrase. Yes, sometimes we did overlooked something trivial but deserved to be celebrated or praised, especially those related to ourselves. We should remember to be confident at the down times. Thank you for your post

@InsightfulPhoenix Thank you for sharing this thought-provoking discussion. The metaphor "Within the Fallen Leaves" beautifully captures the essence of personal growth and transformation. Releasing old habits and traits, much like shedding old skin, is indeed therapeutic and necessary for becoming our true selves. It's important to recognize and celebrate these changes, even if society sometimes overlooks them. Your reminder to acknowledge and congratulate ourselves on these personal achievements is empowering. Congratulations to everyone on their journey of growth and change. Have a wonderful day!
