What do you like to do when you're feeling down?
Hey guys! I just wanted to make this thread to give everyone an opportunity to share what they like to do when they're feeling down. Maybe some of you can use this as inspiration next time you feel upset :)
@RajviD05 Thanks for starting this thread for everyone. Hobbies can be a wonderful outlet for emotions and feelings, they can help us to stabilise and work through our thoughts whilst part of our brain is occupied with the hobby.
I like to try and paint or sketch, I don't really like the word sketch as it makes it sound like the 'sketch' is lesser than a drawing lol.
Something that is all-encompassing can be a great outlet too,
Listening - One Step At A Time!
@RajviD05 I like to listen to music. Spotify is a must for me.. sometimes just going to a great song and letting it play the radio can be a fun way to discover new music. :)
thats me! Love my playlist as well as discovering new songs, sounds and perspectives. I find it interesting to think about what the motivation could be for that particular song.

I like to listen to music, or write down my feelings (or even write poetry), or go on a walk maybe to the beach. I love looking in the rock pools or watching the waves.
I like to watch a good old lighthearted show, like Friends :))
I clean. Cleaning is therapeutic for me, ease my stress and distracts me.
Diamond painting
I use this method when I'm feeling really bad and it may not work for everyone. But for me it works best. I just book a hotel and go away for a few days to change the picture outside the window. It helps me to relax, forget about all the difficulties and get back to work.
