I slept today for a long period... saw some beautiful dreams..

Seeing my dogs that live over my parents house.

Waking up and knowing that God loves me.

Today nothing much, but yesterday night was a blast! I watched "The Boss", it was hillarious,never seen a movie like that before. LOVE Melissa Mccarthy. Can't wait for Ghostbusters + Kate Mckinnon

Making it through the day successfully (mostly) teaching a class I struggle with. Although I found it tough, it wasn't as hard as I'd worried it would be.

Having my housemate and best friend message me at 6am before work, just to say hi. we haven't had time for each other for ages and he usually only wakes up at about 7;30.

My favorite moment of today was getting told "Thank you for saving my life."

My favorite part of today was being able to smile genuinely and laugh till I cried with my friends because I feel that its a small step in overcoming my anxiety and depression.

Starting a new job that I love already! 🤓

Overcoming my fear of being harshly judged/criticized by others to attend a work meeting with coworkers. I was so anxious about going and sitting there with everyone, but I did it anyway. I'm proud of myself for that 👍🏻
