Today went to the Doctors and for once I told him exactly how I'm feeling, didn't hold anything back. Its an achievement for me.

I surprised my boyfriend at work with food and the look on his face was the best thing ever :)

Having both members and listeners tell me what an impact I have to the on here. Or how encouraging and supportive that I have been to them. Its a great feeling~

I actually left my room today too, big deal around these parts, I am hardly out of it. Had you seen me in the street however, you would have wished you stayed indoors ! I looked a sight and I really was beyond past caring. I had on a long Egyptian house dress ( galabayya ), a pair of cheapie pink plastic sandals I wear in the shower to prevent falls, a rose colored head covering as I have alopecia, nothing really matched, but .............hey, I left the building !

Smelling the green forest smell and looking up at the mountains. I forget both are here just waiting for me to enjoy.

I found out how to care for my new turtle and she seems so much better than when I brought her home from Coney yesterday. ( needs heat and warmth - so I put my sunlamp near her cage and she is all warmed up and happy ! )
