What's your most recent achievement?
Today I set up my new computer THAT I BOUGHT MYSELF, and considering how codependent that I've been, I'm super proud of myself right now. Also, the rainbow backlight on my new keyboard and mouse cheers me up quite a bit. Yay! Little victories, folks. Little victories.

I shopped for, prepared and then cooked a Cottage Pie yesterday instead of buying something pre-prepared. It may not seem that big a deal but for someone who is physically disabled using knives to chop up veg is slightly more dangerous because of my unpredictable tremor.

I jabbed the needle into myself the first time I planned to do it for my most recent injection. I've had days where it's take me a long time to actually do it so it was great to see such a change!
@AffyAvo - That's awesome! Hopefully this means you're getting used to it and it will be easier going forward, which I imagine would be a big relief! :)

I have engaged myself on being happy, at least trying to.

My most recent achievement is making it through the week and weekend without drinking alone and without popping any pills. I'm proud of myself!

Finally finished an article I've been struggling to finish...I could've just not finished it but I chose to follow through. 
I also did yoga twice this week.
