having to feel, think and remeber childhood abuse...and NOT SHing or listening to depression music or bringing myself down or hurting myself in any way!
@blissedNblessed - That's fantastic! I'm so proud of you for being able to face those reminders and still avoid harming. What do you think helped you get through?

Hmmm, what helped me do things differently and no SH this time I beleive I have to attribute to constant opposite action ( feeling the urge to SH and NOT acting on it), finally finding self love and self forgiveness, self care on a daily basis, changing my life around so the people I am with, my job, ect...are all supportive of me and what I want and don't drag me down, mindfulness, lots of reiki energy healing and especially having the realization that it was and is not my fault and I do not have to harm myself because I am hurting because someone else harmed me: I HAVE HURT ENOUGH. IT IS TIME AND IT IS OKAY TO STOP HURTING <3
I got 96% on my Dutch test, which is a months worth of Dutch. It is really confusing as well but I am proud of that.
