I have realised that I have got over my anxiety and depressive disorder , and its been a year, a year ago I was looking for excuses and ways to be locked and dead in my room forever. I worked hard 3-4 months for getting it off , and people I am just saying it feels so normal. Its reality we get over it and look back and laugh . we all can. We just need to keep on working hard and get off the damn bed.and stop feeling guilty about everything , cheers .

@Sublimetofate - It must feel so freeing to feel recovered from your anxiety. What do you think were some of the most helpful things?

My most recent achievement was during Fall Sports Award Night at our school on October 9th, I got Most Improved for Cross Country girls. I was so happy and shocked at the same time that I almost cried tears of joy. My coach/Favorite teacher gave me a high five and also my other favorite teacher gave me a high five after I told him, and my teammates looked happy for me just like I was when they got their awards.

Opened up about my feelings and hardships to my girlfriend. She is also struggling and I apologized to her for neglecting her.

@B7mea23 - I'm proud of you for opening up to her - I think open communication is so important in relationships and I'm sure helps her feel more valued to understand why you might have been neglecting her, as well.

Finally finished making some chairs Ive been working on for months. Ive had like zero motivation to do anything lately, but I have to just keep going.

@christopherrr - That's great! I think you're right that sometimes we just have to force ourselves over the hurdle when we're not motivated to continue, and finishing something can feel pretty amazing

My writing. I feel it's a pool and I'm diving into the deep end. Problem when I write too much, I write at night.

@Rebekahwriter13 - It can definitely be tough to balance moving forward in writing but also feeling like it might be too much or is cutting into sleep. How do you feel that balance is working for you?

I most recently got certified for being a dog groomer after a year of training! As well as I finished two very cool drawings for friends that have wanted me to create them some art. So that is nice to know they really enjoy them.
