What's your most recent achievement?
I was able to let go just a little and let my daughter go to camp today:) I'm so happy and proud of her & I never let her out much, she works very hard and derserves to have so much fun and happiness in her life! No more holding her back :):) bc of my insecurities.
I ate 2 extra servings of vegetables today beyond my target of 3 fruits & veggies per day! Who hoo! I'm looking at very teeny tiny healthy steps as achievements worth celebrating. They move me forward and help me build momentum toward a state of wellness that I really want to embody in my life.
My achievement for today was, I didn't fight with my fiancée over anything, even though I felt like starting a crying all out argument, I didn't:) good day and feel like I over came my insecurities today:)
Today I am celebrating 1 year self-harm free :)
@beautifuldisasterx0 oh man! congratulations!
I stood outside for like 3 hours talking to my sister and my brother inlaw. Longest time I've been outside in months, I also told my best friend about some of the stuff that I have been going through over the last year, he didn't seem to care I guess, but I've known him long enough to understand that he was trying to lighten the seriousness of the conversation with comedy, albeit terrible comedy. But still comedy
Is that I went on a plane trip by myself and then back by myself, first time by myself. (although the airline people looked after me).
@AmalieAnne - Good for you! That can be scary to do for the first time, but exciting, too! :)
@Anomalia Hopefully I will not have to do it again soon, just come back so another plane trip but with mommy, it is kind of better
@AmalieAnne the first time I took a flight , I grasped the hand of a man beside me real tight , he thought I was gay . but now, its become very normal , not holding hand of men, the flights , now I love the thrill :)
