I love baking too! Some favourites are cinnamon rolls, bread (probably focaccia or cinnamon pull apart bread!!), scones, meringue, cookies, flapjack, shortbread, apple pies... Lol I like a lot haha

@lovingTangerine2547 i absolutely live for apple muffins. I will ask mom for the recipe tomorrow. Do you have any preference of flavours? Like sweet, sour, fruit, chocolate, salty? In my fam we love fruit stuff, or gently sweet stuff, i can find all our recipes 😊

@Tinywhisper11 I have only one ice cream recipe, but it is very simple. It is basically apples that we peel, shred and then put into popsicle form, together with the juice that came out of the shredded apples. Then we put It in the freezer and enjoy later. It is very simple but delicious 😁

@tidyHickory3283 yesss. Shredded frozen apple 🍎🍏 and it is a delicious alternative to ice-cream and popsicles, especially if you want a healthier one or as in my case, i can't really have ice-cream because of my food allergies and intolerances.

Two of my favourites have already been mentioned- cinnamon rolls and scones. Because they are easy and effective. Chocolate covered corn flakes are another good one.
And a baked American cheesecake. I love cheesecake and so many commercial ones are becoming all foam and setting agents, it can be so disappointing. Homemade is so much better.

I like making oatmeal gumdrop cookies 😀 I just remember that you need to use like spiced gumdrops. Idk if there's like a difference in the taste of regular and spiced gumdrops.
