Black Bean Brownies or Black Bean Burgers!~
Yesterday I had a whole wheat bagel with a Daiya "cheese" slice melted on it. Then I crammed as much baby arugula as I could on it. Mmmm...it was so delicious.
For me, i would love to have Hummus, btw i am following a source where you people would get best vegans food and recipe there, so should check out once http://www.beegans.com/.

A lovely soup made with navy beans, carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, LOTS of dried basil ( works better than fresh here), water (natch) and a bit of olive oil.
Is anyone interested in going vegan with me? I
I struggled with food all my life and on tues I will have been vegan for 3 months. I treated myself to a multi/pressure cooker and today I made a vegetable risotto in there. I was tempted to grab a veggie burger and chips (fries), like I always do when I am exhausted. A lot of my recipies lately havent worked out but I didn't want to rely on junk food anymore even if it was vegan.
So here is the recipe:
1 tbls olive oil, 1 diced onion, 1 finely chopped red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 1-2 teaspoons of paprika - I saute
