Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
Peel and slice the bananas.
In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, milk, and peanut butter.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your quick and delicious Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie!
