Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions:

Peel and slice the bananas.
In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, milk, and peanut butter.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your quick and delicious Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie!

Feel free to customize the recipe by adding a handful of ice cubes for a colder and thicker smoothie, or you can sweeten it with honey or maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!

@Jenna I love this and I even chop and freeze the bananas so they are like ice cubes and it makes even more like an ice cream smoothie! Thanks for posting Jenna!

It tastes exactly like it! I saw it on YouTube some years ago and tried it and there was no going back since then...
