@SunShineAlwaysGrateful For me snacks are something that I can't go without but to cater to my weight loss and goal for muscle gain I've been trying to eat snacks that have more protein.

@Clarezg

It’s not always easy changing our “habits”. But Great job to you on learning to make some healthier snacking choices for yourself! It all starts with making small swaps and choices which add up to better things! Keep up the great work.

What is your favorite healthier snack choice?!

We are here to support you.

I struggle the most with eating habits, so I guess that would be a healthy choice.  My main meals are mostly healthy.  I'm mindful of what to eat for the 3 big ones BLD, but its the snacking and junk in between that gets me.  I kinda have a mind set of 'I can eat that huge bowl of ice cream because I rode 20 miles on the bike today", if that makes sense.....I'm trying to work on that....

What motivates you on your health journey seeing results on a scale or non scale victories such as fitting into your clothes or just feeling much better moving more or sleeping better??

Its the non scale victories that mean the most to me....how I feel after a workout, seeing results when I look in the mirror, others noticing the changes in me....that sort of stuff
