sue ro some issues i stayed about the same did not gain but loss was minimal lots having to do with my give a crap level as i really have never enjoyed holidays.Β
@SunShineAlwaysGrateful Sorry Ladies and or Gents if anything I need to gain a least thirty pounds because I once weighed 180lbs with 5 - 7% body fat . At the peak of fitness .

Great job.Β Keep up the good work.
I am not really looking to lose weight, but I am following to be supportive.Β I think this is a great idea and a way for people to stay active and interact and support each other.Β I used to count calories and all that jazz, but found it too tedious.Β Especially when we went out to eat or were making stews or soups from scratch.Β Putting in amounts and looking up ingredients caused me more stress than it was worth.Β I give kudos to all you out there that are doing that. Keep up the great work.

ya, I had visions of a food diary and carrying a tiny pad of paper, but I decided to just use an ap on my phone now and it does make it a lot easier for me.Β I also agree with you and your picture.Β Getting better at anything, including mental health, is work and it won't just happen on it's own without effort.Β

How is it going everyone?Β
I am doing well. Tracking food daily now for 68 days and I have been walking 4 times a week for 4km about an hour β¦. Just added strength training too. I have lost inches too and pounds slow but steady β¦..
I have lost 16 lbs this year, and am aiming to lose another 4 lbs by Christmas.

Congrats on your progress! Slow and steady wins the race! You must feel great about the heather lifestyle β¦ proud of the work you have done. I hit my 50lb loss mark so I know the journey it takes and commitment.Β
