Self care - "Today, I will ___"
One change I need to make is to take better care of myself. Physically, emotionally and mentally.
So today I will begin holding myself accountable for that. One thing each day that I will do. For me.
Today I will...
Eat in a way that honors my body :)
Today I will NOT buy all the reece peanut butter cup flavoured things in the world.
And do my heckin paperwork that I've been putting off for like two months
Furthermore will make it to my *** huddle at 5pm (Even if blearily so.).
And will also, henceforth, eat a veggie or fruit at every meal...yes coffee is a meal...
Finally will continue practicing my pushups, dance, plank and walking...
To the conclusion of which I will then buy all Reese related things and regret it!
Okay will not do that last part. Am asleep during the day anyway. Like a vampire. 👻

One change I need to make is to live more in the moment instead of worrying about the future.
So today I will take my daughter and dog on a walk to see the tree foliage and live in the moment enjoying something that will soon pass.

Not lose my temper over stupidity, this is getting easier to do but is also a sign of giving up.
Focus is improving. Small tasks getting done and whittling away at larger ones.

Relax and enjoy my morning coffee
Reassemble and test this bit of equipment
Get the last of a large job finished and be smart in doing so
I will drink water, I will also consider the weather I bring to others.
