One change I need to make is to take better care of myself. Physically, emotionally and mentally.
So today I will begin holding myself accountable for that. One thing each day that I will do. For me.

I've been working on self-care since 2022. I recently bought and read a book called The Complete Guide to Self Care. I also need to take better care of myself. Today I will buy healthy foods when I go grocery shopping, work on de-cluttering my bedroom, and do an at home spa day. I love taking baths and using sheet masks and mud masks.
Today I will learn something new like the synopsis of a tv show.
Today I will...go to bed at 10:45 at night.

Today I'll try to calm down emotionally and hav a good day. I'll start the day with a healthy breakfast, a cup of aroma coffee, take my Canada Pharmacy supplements, and walk in fresh air. Hope nothing will destress me.
