...See more I did everything I was supposed to do. I followed all the rules, I tried to make everyone happy, I was polite, respectful, and obedient. And here I am years later - struggling with self love, disordered eating, self-harm, *extremely* bad thoughts and still living with the person who caused it all. I'm tired of surviving. I've been in flight-fight-freeze mode since single digits. I hate where I live, and I hate that I'm around these people.

...See more Relapsed yesterday. I feel a bit sad because I was so close to, for the first time, truly making it to double digits (10 days). I know to concern myself more with overall progress and less with streaks, but I'm still disappointed that I didn't make it past day 9.
