This might sound really simple, but one good thing I observed in myself today was an ability to make a list of tasks to tackle throughout the day. I've been feeling really depressed lately and even the smallest things like getting out of bed or washing the dishes can feel insurmountable, so it felt like a big deal to lay out what I had to do for the day (and it certainly feels good to be able to check those things off one by one).

Bright this is huge honestly. Making a task list and sticking to it is the best goal one can achieve. I am proud of you. I hope I will be able to do the same for myself. Thanks for inspiring

One good thing I observed in me is that I never allow circumstances to define me. I'm yet to feel truly happy about my progress, but I can't deny I've put in a ton of work and have been consistent. I don't accept my fate as it is because I can eventually make it better
