At work, I am on my feet for 8 hours.  This is a device I have experimented with.

I had this same machine once upon a time.. it was a nice relaxing way to take care of my feet after being on them for hours as a nurse.

I use conpressive socks after the suggestion of a wiser nurse when I'm in my shift. 🤷🏻‍♂️

How that device feels?

Ive never liked compression socks.. (not socks at all unless I’m working out)!

Nor the way compression socks feel & trying to put them on. (Whether on patients or myself)... Not to mention that sometimes putting these on patients can cause skin tears due to the tightness (& trying to get them on).

Personally they feel like they suck the life out of your legs and feet. But to each their own. 🤷🏻‍♀️
