I know this thread is old, but...
I just had water. Most days, I only drink water and green tea, with a soda a couple times a week or sometimes not at all. I use a plastic water bottle, but I refill it as many times as I can before it gets gross. It can last me a few weeks, and the bottle gets recycled. so I'm not wasteful about it.
