Juices, sodas etc....just bring and cause unwanted inflammation in the body.

Yep they do....and no I don't...I just like nice cold water....sometimes w/ ice, sometimes without. When its hot and humid, I use Ice as I'm more thirsty.., during the colder months, I normally just get it without.
