☀️Moving Our bodies in "Whatever" way we enjoy doing, can have a HUGE impact on our Mental Wellbeing and the way we feel overall!~

* Indoor Activities that can make me feel good Mentally can include simply playing with my Fur-baby 🐾, or Working out with a fun online video with my husband.
*Outdoor activities that make me feel good Mentally include taking simple walks with my Furbaby🐾, or Husband,... Swimming 🏊, ....Walking the Beach When I get to go🌴, ...Or Simply sitting in the Sunshine 🌞 (while next to a body of water)~

It's when I do a class called "Body Combat" oh goodness I love it! It's horrible to begin with, especially when there is zero stamina, but once you get into it, it's so much fun and then by the end, I get an insane high out of it and I want more and more and more!

It is! It's like, ways to fight but without actually hitting anyone and if it means I can finally fit into my jeans pre covid then I'm happy to attend haha! It's the actual getting to the gym that I struggle with, but once I'm there, nobody can stop me :D

Hey there Marbles! ...Yes Body Combat is great!.. As a Fitness Instructor I have a love for many variations of fitness activities (I also teach Zumba and various Strength classes)... This one is not only intense, but you can definitely find the fun in it as well.

Indoor activity : Reading a good book , having hot cup of coffee and just spending some time in nature ( especially when it is raining ) . I love the smell that comes when it rains . 🧡🧡
Outdoor activity : Doing some cycling .

Cycling is fun too~ I haven't done this activity in years!... I was going to buy a bike last year, but boy have they gotten expensive! Lol... I'm glad you enjoy!

I like to walk in the woods, but I haven’t been able to do so in quite a while due to poor health.

Sorry to hear that Uber... I do hope that you are able to get back to doing that at some point. I'm sure its a great stress reliever and good for the soul to be out there and at peace with Nature while walking through the woods. Thank you for sharing what makes you feel mentally good. I like to swing and have inside and outside swing makes me feel better and surfing is place always feel best is my favorite thing in the world. Also I like to go hiking and jump on trampoline and play soccer and ride bike and just like to run and spin and move all around all the time. I don’t feel good in my brain if I stay still don’t move. Is why my parents always tell me go outside and play because i always go go go go.
@PoliteOcean Indoor activity that makes me feel good? I'd say playing my guitar. I don't really go outside much, but if I had to pick it would either be walking in a park while listening to music, picking flowers, or swimming
