Walking is an exercise you can do anywhere and it doesn’t require special equipment. It is one of the easiest ways to get active.
The benefits of walking are many!
Where to walk is a serious consideration depending on weather! Inside you can use a treadmill or indoor spaces to walk such as malls or walking tracks (here where I live hockey rinks have an indoor walking track).
Some prefer outside irregardless of temperatures. There are beautiful scenery and hiking trails and community parks that are beyond spectacular!

Walking alone while listening to some music is so therapeutic!🎧
I also walk at home while talking on the phone, eases anxiety plus is another sneaky way of being on the move. Lol, win-win!

Depends on the mood hehe, I do track on an app sometimes!

I currently do walk around the house and outside.

I like to walk alone and walk with others

Sometimes I will listen to music when I walk

I do track my walking on an app to see how many steps I have walked, how many calories I burnt, and how many minutes I walked for that day

Where do you enjoy walking? What are your walking goals as how many times did how long to walk? (If new start small and increase over time!) Living so close to the countryside has its perks. There’s also some lovely parks locally which I like to visit.
Do you prefer to walk alone or with others? Do you listen to music 🎶or podcasts when you walk? I don’t generally listen to music and enjoy walking with others or alone but with my two dogs 🐶🐶 who are great company.
Do you track your walking on an app or do you walk at set times of the week or steps daily? I never track my walking but try to get out several times per week, especially in the good weather.
