🌾This is our "Final" Check-in for the Month of November~.... How did the past week go for you?...How was your Thanksgiving holiday if you celebrated?... And how do you feel the past month personally went for you overall?
🍁As this month comes to a close, What is a personal goal that you can focus on for yourself "today" to set yourself up for the new month ahead?!

**AND ANY & ALL "NEWBIES" THAT WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH US
🍁This past week went well, and quick~ .... Last weekend on Saturday we got out & about to a Christmas Festival in a nearby town. It was a really great start leading up to the holiday this past week... And it was nice to look at the different vendors, holiday decorations, & it was actually a beautiful day for it all.... Sunday I ran some small errands before the week began and then once home I got my Christmas tree completely decorated to start off the week.~
🍂Monday I got back on track with my "mini-week" of Group fitness classes (as my facilities were both closed on Thanksgiving Day & Friday)... But I still managed to stay on track throughout the week with activity (even on Thanksgiving morning)... However, on Thanksgiving I simply stayed "mindful" and allowed myself to just enjoy the holiday, the dinner, and time with my little family..
🍁This weekend ahead I will get back on track with my group fitness & attend my early morning Saturday Zumba class.... Then afterwards intentions are to go to another Christmas festival, & possibly check out some holiday lights in the evening… And I'm also looking forwards to heading into the new month ahead and finishing the year strong with my personal goals! 💪🏼👍🏼… Simply trying to keep focus on positive & healthy things (& personal goals) daily, helps in keeping me motivated and staying the course in my overall well-being.. (even in challenging moments)… Which for me is Essential.
Everything has been good, and things have been really good today excluding a few things but overall good!
It was good! Thanksgiving went great and I spent with family, honestly i felt it was bumpy but good!
My personal goal is to continue achieving my two internships and being the best quality mentor as possible!
Honestly, It doesn't really matter as long as my husband and daughter are by my side!
Highlights: I have received three certificates this month for my hard work hear on 7cups, got aba started for my daughter and she's doing good in speech therapy. I'm close to getting my GED soon!
Struggles: I have had others assume my intentions and gaslight me for my empathy, then try to manipulate into feeling bad for being kind.
For me; I have been able to accomplish alot this month, whether others recognize it or not I know how much work I have put into the things I enjoy. My husband supports me and my daughter's getting the proper resources, an that is all that matters!
@PoliteOcean Sunday I took a shower. It was an ordeal. The bathroom isn't up to the building code in my state. I'm very worried about falling down and not being able to get up or crack my head. Tuesday Leslie was 30 minutes late with breakfast. I really hate that because my back muscles get severely cramped. I wonder if she was subconsciously trying to sabotage my blood test that I had scheduled later that day. Later Tuesday I got my blood test done. I went to LabCorp. It was an ordeal because it was located in a remote part of the city. The stupid politicians don't care about the ordinary people. They just want money. I tried to get my COVID card laminated but the business was closed for all of November. Wednesday I cleared up my username and password issues for Experian. My credit score has gone up 120 points this year. Thursday Stuart abused me again. I put Argan oil on my feet for the first time since James has moved out. Leslie served me a terrible Thanksgiving dinner. I made good progress on my quotation journal. Friday I tried to go for a walk by the marina but it smelled like a waste water overflow. For this upcoming week I have an appointment at the DMV to renew my photo ID on Monday and Thursday I have an appointment with my doctor to review my blood test results. I already looked at my blood test results on LabCorp web site and everything looks fantastic. I really enjoy James not being here. I hope if Leslie gets a new client she puts him in Stuarts bedroom. They can have a fece festival together. (that's a joke). I had to break up with my girlfriend Evelyn because she was nagging me about money too much. I told her the first day we met I wasn't going to send her any money but that didn't stop her from asking.
Hey Everyone~ Welcome to the weekend~ How are things going for you today?YouTube is boring. I ate cinnamon sugar butter bread this morning, hyper focused on chasing a squirrel down a rabbit hole to find the shiny "reality TV" secrets. All because the abomination of a show "worlds strictest parents" was on my YouTube recommended. Then I talked to my sister. What brought me to this site was actually while watching a YouTube video of abusive parents getting arrested... I had a flashback of my own life and a situation that happened between my parents when I was an adult. I was not about to be a witness so this was 1 of the only times that the flight response was triggered not the other 3. I called a member of my Cult to just vent...instead of calling the cops. I convinced them not to call the cops. I didn't call, I just vented to someone I called a friend at the time (I was not invited to her wedding or told when she moved), before going back to the house so I could go to work as if nothing happened. Nobody in charge ever found out.

And how do you feel the past month personally went for you overall? This week was boring. Monday was actually ok. It was the last day I had bus pass so I've been in the hotel room for the past several days straight. Monday I went hunting for food and jobs. I got food from 4 different churches. It was a big long adventure late into the night I got back to the safety of my room. Been here ever since. I argued with my old neighbor that I couldn't meet her at a store 30min. Away because I'm not walking that while my bus pass was expired. The next day She finally understood and she came to my hotel to drop off a really big blessing in the form of a gift card to the store❣ I have just ate and slept since Tuesday. Thanksgiving I called it a night by 3pm. I had a bit of oatmeal and a bit of ramen and I was too bored to stay awake. Yesterday I ate more oatmeal, ate half a apple pie, a bit more ramen, and a bit of cheddar. November is just passing me by, in trouble as always and receiving no help in straightening my life out. I keep getting told by everyone "you don't quite fall into our category of expertise".
🍁As this month comes to a close, What is a personal goal that you can focus on for yourself "today" to set yourself up for the new month ahead?!
Honestly I'm stuck on this one and would love to explore because I have no clue. I'm currently out of work while homeless and everything is closed for the holidays. I have another week or 2 before they allow me to work again. I don't have my bus pass or anything so I'm pretty much stuck in my hotel room without a tv
If I'm by myself I can see hot chocolate and movie, but with good company I'd rather music and holiday drink of each person's choice (mine is eggnog or hot chocolate)
