One challenge I've taken up this month regarding self-care is to ensure that I practice meditation and gratitude journaling regularly. I find it brings a sense of peace and calm when practiced. 🌼

I think it’s awesome that you are focused on providing a self care practice for yourself this month that will provide you a sense of peace & calm! (We could all use that surely)!!… And Journaling is definitely a wonderful selfcare practice for our overall wellbeing! “Self-care” for me personally means that I’m NOT doing ANY extra work (physically)!… But That I’m only doing something that simply focuses on my wellness in a (positive, calm, & quiet) manner, Mentally & Emotionally.~
A great calendar to follow. Apart from the things that you have listed in the image, I would also like to focus on my mental health. All of us need to keep a check on our mental health with the increasing cases of depression and anxiety.

I've never really had a self care routine so to speak....for me it was working out at least an hour or more a day.....lately, due to some medial issues I've been reduced to about 30 min of stretching and mobility things a few times week.....I am now realizing I need to come up with some sort of daily routine.....creating that routine will be one of my goals for the rest of the month.....

I totally get it…Sometimes we just don’t give it much thought “until” that is we are “forced” to do so in some way so to speak.
It’s great that you have realized for yourself how important it is to take time (outside of us die-hard exercisers), to focus & work on other aspects of your wellbeing. That is an excellent goal to achieve this month. Good for you!
