Goals are:
To continue to keep up the things that I’ve already been doing well & working on & achieving in 2024.~
While also stepping up my goal-game in 2025 with working on better quality sleep & getting in better hydration... And focusing more on quality family time & overall well-being for us all.
I am not making any specific "resolutions" so to speak....this year, I'm working toward change....real change.... lately, I have been putting a lot of thought into what I want for my life....I haven't been truly happy with a couple of things in my life for some time now.....as you all know, my career being a big one.....after some deep thought and contemplation, I have decided that I need to start here:
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference"
Acceptance is the main goal here for me here.....As someone who catastrophizes and ruminates, I will start with acceptance phase of this....acceptance of the things that I cannot change.....I need to learn this and feel that I will be much happier over all if I do.....
with that said, I will still continue to work toward the smaller, every day goals that I have set for myself, the same types of goals that everyone usually sets for the "New Year".....

Acceptance of particular things in life can certainly be a challenge for many. Good for you for seeing that and working on that for yourself this year (while also continuing forward in your other goals that you’re working towards accomplishing in your life)!

My goal is to journal frequently, without procrastinating.
Also go back to my daily routines of basic self care.
And SCORE GOOD IN MY UPCOMING FINALS
These aren't resolutions but rather just goals:
1) Get the people I live with to stop abusing me.
2) Increase my knowledge of literary interpretation.
My goal is to finally learn how to deal with my emotions instead of running to unhealthy foods, also find new snacks that are healthy so I don’t crave the sweet things such as chocolate and sweets
My goals for this year are:
To practice positive self talk.
I will try to laugh more.
To lose some weight
Being in the present moment.
