Welcome again to the Group Support Guidelines Refresher Quiz- Part II!
Thank you to everyone who attempted Refresher Part-I. I am glad to notice that most of us got 30/30 which reflects your compassion and understanding of the group chats and its guidelines. If anyone hasn't yet, I would invite you to attempt Quiz-I and share your score with us.
The goal of these refresher quizzes is to test your knowledge and refresh your memory on the important guidelines of providing support in a group setting.
I am sharing the next quiz for our attempt and the guidelines covered in this quiz include:
- 1. Be Considerate: Don't SPAM the room, please do not give medical advice, and let's keep religion and politics out of our support areas.
- 2. The minimum age to be a teen member is 13 and 18 for adults: If you are in the wrong age group, please log out and email community@7cups.com your username and correct birthday so your account can be corrected.
- 3. Be Professional: Listeners must be professional and sober at all times. Learn more about the role of a listener in group support or listener rooms.

I attempted both; I got a 30/30 on the first and a 28/30 on the second, missing the question on the new quiz about where to learn about the role of a listener
The second quiz was slightly harder for me to understand, but I did select the correct answer first and then change my mind, so I was probably overthinking it
