The brilliant Gratitude Challenge post by @Roadie sparked this idea, why not have a thread dedicated to thanking others!
You can use this thread to thank anyone, whether it be a community member here on the Cups or someone who's impacted you in real life! There's no limits to gratitude so you can thank them for anything at all, from their awesome existence or to their kind words making you smile -- and everything in between!
So, come on, let's go and start the gratitude flowing around this thread!
Thank you my late friend for telling me about 7cups before you died. You know very well how much I would need this in the future.
Thank you, Hapone my cat, for staying strong even if you always get into trouble with other stray cats. I should learn from you.

Thank you to that one person who gave me a light in the darkest time of my life, who believes in me so much that I began believing in myself too, who opened my eyes to see the beauty in the world around me, and who helped me begin to see the beauty within myself. I can say, without a doubt, I would not be here today if it wasn't for you. I certainly wouldn't be here with a smile on my face and light in my heart :)

Well...of course I'm thankful for all of the wonderful people here at 7 Cups: Laura, Glenn, all the mentors, and my fellow listeners.
BUT...I am also grateful for all the courageous and trusting souls who come here to us for support and guidance with all of their problems-big and small. I am glad we can be here for them and shine a light in their darkest of moments and provide them hope and bravery in their time of need.
I am grateful for the chance to be there for someone and for the chance to make a difference in someone's life.
People often ask me why I hang out here and offer to be a Listener when there is no monetary gain to be had. My answer: Someone once offered me a rope when I was at the lowest point in my life and was at point of letting go. Because that someone cared enough to be a difference in my life, I was so grateful that I void to do the same for others. Thanks to this awesome place, I get a chance to do that everyday!
