I started lifting weights for the physical benefits, but i had no idea how awesome the mental bebefits would be! I always feel better after my workout. So much more positive.

Guided meditations, reading webtoons, listening to the occasional song on YouTube or watching this YT channel called Sissel (she has very positive cozy vibes) and I love her view on life and the way she tackles the unknown xxx
@wakeupandbeblessed I attend events that I genuinely love going to even if it's a struggle to feel any kind of excitement or desire to cheer if its music related. but I go to them because they help me forget about the things that have been making me feel sad or depressed. hope that made sense
Sometimes we have to force ourselves to go but we always feel better once we start moving!

I also tend to search for lyric videos on YouTube and spend time playing through with singing the song and recording myself doing so then playing it back to myself - it's a project I'm working on to slowly improve my singing ability and lyrics knowledge 💖 It gives me a sense of achievement too if I know in one evening I can learn the lyrics to something and follow along to the tune somewhat!
It's something that I can do from bed with only needing my phone, so it's good for days when you don't feel like getting up xx

@wakeupandbeblessed i like to write poems. i also love, when I'm alone, to sing from my lungs and play guitar, and that's how i get my mind and feelings out. And also taking a walk! it does help really well!
