How Can You Participate?

It’s simple and everyone can get involved! Here's how:

Reflect on What You’re Grateful For: Each day leading up to Thanksgiving, take a moment to reflect on something that has brought joy or peace into your life. Whether it’s a big life change or a small act of kindness, everything counts!

Share your thoughts in the Harvest of Gratitude thread: We’d love to hear about the people, experiences and moments that have brought joy to your life.

Engage with Others: Take a moment to read through other’s responses and leave a comment or reply to spread more positivity. You might find new ways to express your own gratitude or be inspired by the stories of others.

Tag Fellow Listeners/Members: Got a friend or someone you think would love to join the challenge? Tag them here! Let’s get everyone involved and create a wave of gratitude that flows through our community.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Who in your life has made a difference this year? Share a story or a shoutout to those who’ve been your support system.
  • Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest impact. What small moments or simple pleasures are you thankful for?
  • Has this year brought personal growth or a valuable lesson? What new perspective are you carrying into this Thanksgiving?

Let’s Make This Thanksgiving Extra Special!

Together, we can fill this forum with reflections, stories and words of gratitude that will make this holiday season even brighter. Your gratitude, no matter how big or small has the power to inspire and uplift those around you.

So, let’s get started! Join the Harvest of Gratitude Challenge today and let’s celebrate the blessings in our lives, big and small.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🧡 Let’s celebrate our harvest of gratitude and inspire one another to see the beauty that surrounds us. 🌾🍁

This is such a beautifully written post, thank youu for offering another space for reflecting on what we are grateful for!🥰

I'm grateful for life, it gets a lot lifey at times lol but I guess that's the part and parcel, cannot truly savor the highs without ever experiencing the lows, so with both the highs, lows, and everything else in between; I do feel gratitude for this life and hope to continue to cherish it and try to make the most of it.💛

How about you? @PhoenixThePoised @sadcat13 @Kait 🤗

Aww, thank you so much for your kind words! 🥰 It’s so beautiful to hear your reflections and I totally resonate with the way you see life – its ups and downs are what make it so rich and full of meaning. Like you said, it’s through the lows that we come to truly appreciate the highs and every moment in between holds something special if we’re open to it. 💛

As for me, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow and connect with amazing people like you. Every conversation is a little spark of inspiration and I’m grateful to be a part of this 7 cups community 💫

Being able to be surrounded by nature and the ability to walk on a nearby beach and watch the sunsets.

That sounds absolutely magical! 🌅 There's something so grounding and peaceful about being surrounded by nature, especially with the calming rhythm of the ocean and the beauty of a sunset.

May those sunsets continue to fill you with peace and gratitude, and may your walks along the beach always bring you moments of calm and inspiration. 💛🌊✨

we use to do what we called a blessing book as what we thankful for and feel blessed by. we not done it for some time now might be what we start again in January. what we very thankful for is a new friend me made not long ago. she been taking us back and forth to a small group  we in at church. but even more she been saying how creative we be and that she enjoys being with us. this kinda new to us as most times we not make friends offline.

this last Sunday a lady who  been talking to me some came over asked if it be ok to hug us. we not had hug offline in very long time so this was a big blessing to us very thankful for her kindness. as even growing up we did not get hugged by parents. so hugs are very much still odd to us. this lady know about our physical  health stuff she was so caring when she hug us. that made the hug even more special  to us.

your very welcome we each should daily look at the blessings in our lives.  that can help with so many things.  yes ones who take the time to see us and get to know us better mean a lot to us. in our life there  been very few who did that. most just see the bad reactions we can have and the things we seem to do wrong. so yes ones who really take the time to get to know us and even why we like we be they mean a lot to us. hugs online are good but it nice to get them offline  too

You’re absolutely right, taking the time to appreciate the blessings in our lives makes such a difference. It’s so special when someone truly sees us for who we are, beyond just the surface. Those who take the time to understand us, our struggles and our joys are truly a gift. 💖

Sending you a big virtual hug and hoping you get plenty of those offline too! 🤗💫

I'm so thankful for such a good Thanksgiving this year. My family and ex are no longer in my life and I'm starting new with my boyfriend and future in-laws. It was just me and my boyfriend at home but we had such a good night making food and talking together since he got the day off work. He told me it's the first time he remembers something to be thankful for after everything he's gone through too and I'm just still feeling really sappy about it lol.

That sounds like such a beautiful Thanksgiving! I’m so happy to hear that you had such a meaningful and special time with your boyfriend. It’s really touching that it was a moment of gratitude for both of you, especially given everything you’ve both been through.

Wishing you both lots of love as you build this new chapter together! 😊
