Gratitude Check-In
Hey everyone,
Check in time with gratitude 🙏
The day may have went well or it may have went poorly.
How are you feeling and what are your thoughts? 🤍
*To experience more gratitude what do you do?
You may spend time alone to learn more about yourself and journal or read something inspiring to you. You may think of people in your life who help you grow into a person who is more confident, self-assured, fun, engaging, caring.
You may appreciate the complexity with which you were created. To be a living breathing creation is a gift. 🎁
*What are your thoughts on gratitude?
My thoughts are gratitude is a mindset. When we are thankful for the basic things we have in life it extends to greater faith that there is a purpose behind everything no matter if the grass looks dull on your end. 🌳🌸
Stay blessed in your week, the journey of life shapes you and moulds you. You can choose to make the best of each experience.

@GoldenRuleJG such a wonderful post! <3
For me, experiencing more gratitude through journaling and spending time with my partner and loved ones has been a transformative journey for me.
Journaling allows me to look back and see how far I’ve come. By noting my achievements, challenges overcome, and personal growth, I cultivate a sense of gratitude for my resilience and progress.
I also make it a habit to write about people and things I am grateful for. This practice of expressing thanks, even if it’s just to my journal, deepens my appreciation for the kindness and support I receive.
Quality time spent with my partner and loved ones leads to the creation of cherished memories. Whether it's a simple dinner, a walk in the park, or a shared hobby, these moments fill my heart with gratitude for the connections!
Combining journaling with spending quality time with loved ones amplifies my gratitude. This dual practice not only reinforces my appreciation but also creates a rich tapestry of memories and gratitude that I can revisit and draw strength from! :)

I agree with JujuBears.
I focus on the present moment. I spend a few moments thinking about those things in my life for which I am grateful. I pause for a moment to reflect or admire the beauty of something I find in my daily life.
I thank someone for their presence in my life. And I do something to show that I am grateful.
Gratitude is very important. It helps us during difficult times, it helps us connect more with ourselves and others, which allows us to gain many benefits mentally and physically.
@GoldenRuleJG to experience more gratitude, all I have to do is look around me, there's beauty in everything, life really is a precious gift ❤ my thoughts have not been great recently, but my gratitude for life will never fade ❤
hugs JG ❤ hope your doing ok
@GoldenRuleJG
It is a thoughtful topic, JG! 𑁍◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜With gratitude we will have joy! 𑁍
For me to have more gratitude is by focusing on the things that go well & be present in what we are doing. Oftentimes we are in the present but our mind thinking of things that we need to do, works or chores (..◜ᴗ◝..)
@trueconfidant123 sorry confidant - I did not tag you in correctly 😅
@GoldenRuleJG
Haha no problem!
@GoldenRuleJG
I think noticing and helping disadvantaged people can help us to be grateful. I once was walking in the street feeling low and complaining to myself of all the things in my life that I did not have or like. At that time I passed by a hopeless man sleeping a deep sleep in the street. I said to myself that this man is not complaining but he has no home and maybe no good too. I have a home and I eat every day...I have a lot to be grateful for and no reason to complain actually
That is a integral thing to reflect on and sometimes when we are so focused on what we struggle with, it takes someone's suffering to see that we don’t suffer in the same way as them. Bless you ❤️
@GoldenRuleJG
Yes unfortunately we don't always see our blessings until we are made to see in some way...like by other people not having them. Bless you too.
I also have found gratitude has been helping me to deal with past traumatic events...when they come to my mind and I feel panicky after a while I sit and thank God that I am ok now and those things are no longer happening and I try to notice and be thankful for everything around me...I find this practice helps alot
