Well, it certainly gave me a good activity in my retirement. Members come with a variety of issues and challenges which makes good use of what is left of my brain.

@ASilentObserver 7 cups has helped me gain confidence, I've came to love so many people here ❤ so many friends🙂 this site has helped me open up, grow as a person, and learn from all different walks of life ❤ I just hope this community keeps growing, and nothing ever changes ❤😁❤

This community helped me throwing tanrums with my parents. It's espcially helped me for 10 days by helping me cope during the time I was without my computer.

How has 7Cups impacted your journey?
only been here since oct. but so far feel 7 cups has been mostly a place for support and healing. we liked the ability to just be us not to have to hide who we really be. we also met many very helpful chatters too. only a few that were not. so we very grateful to have a place to heal and be accepted as we are. healing journey a lot of the time very lonely and hard. but here we not feel alone in this healing journey.
What are your hopes for the future of our community?
hoping to be here a long time. also to see maybe a few added coatrooms like one that can just for things that are triggering. also maybe a chatroom that more about personality disorders and place younger alters could be out. also maybe a sub community' on feelings. like us we seen many ones that have had or are having trauma in their lives struggle with knowing emotions and being able to label them. think a lot of this come from not being taught about emotions or being taught there wrong to have and talk about. we hope to use 7 cups to heal more and to learn more too.

Aside from the plethora of life skills I've developed, the community has helped me become a more patient and conscientious person. I have also learned a great deal about culture and diversity from this incredible global family!
as for hopes or the future of the community, it's that we continue to grow together and make a deeper impact on the world. let's keep spreading the word of this beautiful platform and pouring into it, members listeners and leaders united <3

7 Cups is the first place I ever learned to trust and to have friendship, it is motivation giving, a supporting and friendly. Having people here who I know I can expect kindness from, knowing that somewhere on this beautiful planet, someone cares about me.
I hope that in the future, I can also contribute what I can to other users on 7 Cups and witnesses both my friends and mine own growth and recovery, big or small.

How has 7Cups impacted your journey? What are your hopes for the future of our community?
My journey with 7 Cups has been a mix of good & challenges. My hope for the future of the community is to return to an open & inclusive platform, like it was before.
@WalkingSoftly I get that how it can have its ups and downs. I hope the community continue to evolve and bring better support for everyone
How has 7Cups impacted your journey?
It's helped me with listeners, groups, challenges, learning new things, becoming more mindful, reducing stress, reducing worry, tolerate chronic illness while I'm recovering, reduced my loneliness, given me something to focus on and a "goal" with a path of how to get there and a sense of self accomplishment as I progress. It's provided long term listeners who are there for me weekly as well as casual people who check in on my well-being which is so nice! It's renewed my sense of hope for humanity and reminded me there are good people everywhere.
What are your hopes for the future of our community?
I hope it doesn't go away and continues to be free. I hope kind volunteers keep volunteering their time and feeling the rewards for helping people. I hope it keeps offering opportunities for everyone to give/give back as they are able/willing.

7 cups has helped me grow personally as well as professionally. It helped me understand myself better. I am grateful for joining the 7 cups community for it helped me experience growth. My hopes for the future of this community is to see many people interact in this community and see the potential and growth in themselves.
