Listeners on 7 cups helped me to either forget about my problems for a while, during sleepless nights or let me express my feelings when I needed it. A few times it helped me to prevent myself from self-harm.

I've learned how not alone I really am.

A new start for everyone who think they're all alone.

I'm so glad I can find people like me, who are not only going through what I am, but people whom I can relate to, interact with, and most importantly, have fun with!

I've learned that it's okay to give up on those who don't care about you.
