I've learned that I do have the self awareness to know what I need and what will be unhealthy for me, and that I can act on that knowledge but that it is a choice I have to make every time.

I learned that I need to be more positive but I don't know how to. I feel so lost and lonely.

Hi.

To be positive: Maybe start writing in a little book 3 things every day. F.eks. Thank you (I say God/Jesus - but you can do what you want) that I have teeth so I can chew my food. Thank you for my bed, thank you for this slice of bread I'm now eating. I think to be positive/thankfull is a state of mind. If you start to write down 3 things each day it will be nice for you to find new things to be thankful for and you'll become more positive.

You are lost and lonely. I m sorry because of that. I hope you'll find a really good friend in yourself. Be blessed.

Ive gained confidence in my ability to take good care of myself.

I know that I have resources available to me whenever I wish to make use of them.

I trust myself to identify when to connect with support resources, what type of support is going to be most beneficial in that moment, and my willingness and ability to make full use of them.
