I just reached step 50 after being on and off of here for a couple years. I think I'm beginning to learn how important regularity and discipline is in creating and maintaining healthing and enjoyable coping mechanisms. And sometimes choosing to be disciplined is not something I need to worry about keeping in check but rather a choice to invest in myself.

Today I've been outside, had a healthy breakfast and I've also sorted out some things to do in the coming weeks (cinema, seeing friends, hobbies).
I feel very grateful to the community here for helping me empower myself to do this.
Step 90 and i've realized talking with someone going through the same thing is as beneficial to myself as it might be to them.
Taking small steps helps. Each one is a step closer to my goal.
I've learnt to learn what are red flags recognize them so that I can act accordingly.. It helps.
I need to learn how to believe in myself
Taking one step at a time. I love the videos which are very calming. I also do the breathing exercise.
