I'm on step 22. I find that a lot of the steps get repetitive. I'm sure i'll figure outthereason for it in time.

I try to meditate daily too, it helps me stay in control of my feelings and I feel settled

I celebrated my 3 year weightaversary of losing 100lbs. I got into the food trucks after that. I am back on track for a week now with eating right for my mind and body. Found the gut/brain connection and feel good about going forward with helping heal anxiety, depression and cptsd with healthy food, vitamins and EMDR
