To be honest, I've left 7cups for months, I was back a few days ago, so there is nothing new that I can share.

I hope that there will be some updates to the steps every now and then.

It's funny that one of my exercises deals with creating and establishing boundaries. This is someting I was talking to a friend about last week. She may not have got anything out of the conversation (as a matter of fact, I'm sure she didn't because she messaged me the next day saying that she didn't understand how the converesation shifted in that direction), but I certainly got something out of both the conversation and the exercises pertaining to boundaries.

Im starting to finally tune into a new normal frequency to my new routine, its been hard trying to get a foothold on things but today was overall better than say just a few days ago. So that counts for something, progeess
