@GlenM I learned that it isn't inherently "disordered" or "dangerous" to monitor closely what I eat or do so long as I do something healthy, such as working on specific coping mechanisms, with that information.
@GlenM That I could try to fix myself and help myself feel better because that's up to me.
@GlenM I am learning how to challenge my thoughts and this is allowing my mind to become more peaceful.
Im trying to practice mindfulness, learning to accept my thoughts and feelings without prejudice. I havent gotten many steps in yet but certainly have learned a lot thus far.
