Another milestone, yeah me... I type that with a heavy mind, work issue of my responsibility has had an adverse effect on the operation, costing tens thousands and considerable time. Not a good feeling and feeling anxiety & self doubt (my old friends) taking root. But today they can kiss my arse and find a new home.

I am at level 50 and I am not sure what I have gained. I do find mindfulness and mediation help when needed but I came here due to overwhelming grief and anger due to my brothers death. None of that has changed.

I learned to take it easy, sit back an observe and it works out in time

@GlenM

I'm at step #50 in my growth path. I've found some nice mindfulness exercises there. Mostly, though, I've learned that I still don't know how to make the best use of this site.

I've learned that there are as many perspectives on one subject as there are people in this world. And the common thread of all of these perspectives, is that of hope and love. I've experienced both here in cups.

I think the most important thing I learned was during my few minutes of listener training where it taught that I should never give advice. I like problem solving, but if I give advice I don't let the other person solve their own issue - I think this is a useful concept for me.

I've been away for quite a while and just came back for the small steps that gets me forward, I kind of missed them.

The first ting I did was a minfullness thing, something I've struggled with before, but now my moodset was in the perfect place. I think this might actually help me create an inner space, like the eye of a storm, where the stress and worries are for just a moment held at bay for long enough for me to gain my composure and tackle the latest tasks.
