To spend time doing little things just for me since I'm always doing things for others

I just made it to step 60, it is pretty awesome. I thank seven cups for all they have taught me in the way of helping others helps you (;

Learning how to identify my physical symptoms of anxiety, and not get anxious over them. It creates a feedback loop of anxiety that becomes very difficult to break.

Try not to change who I am for anyone. To finally find away to tell a guidance or social worker that I love someone romantically, and sexually.

I just reached my 50th step! I learned to re-evaluate my relationships and the people I surround myself with. I have grown to identify which relationships and precenses take away from my joy and it's okay to shrink their effect on me.

Things I've learned or really acknowledged and focused on recently...

•You are not the main character in everyone's story. You're the main character of your own story, but your a secondary character in everyone else's.

•Not everything is about you. This sounds harsh, but what I mean is this: if someone is being distant, you may go right to panicking about what you did wrong, when that person is just having a hard time. If someone doesn't respond to your text as fast as they usually do, maybe they're busy and they can't. If someone seems uninterested in what you're saying, maybe they're tired or distracted. Not everything is your fault, and not everything is a problem with you.

You have to forgive yourself. If you want to move on from things, if you want to grow, you have to forgive yourself.
