I talked to a listener who really helped me, I was scared at first to talk someone I don't know but it honestly made me feel better.

I've learned that progress isn't linear and that's ok.

I learned that I have to be positive even if I feel that I am useless.

it's okay to feel the things i do and i shouldn't suppress it i should accept those feelings instead because i the end suppressing it is only going to make it worse❤️

I've learned that it's ok to be "weak" or "needy" when I'm struggling or having a hard time. I've learned it's ok to lean on someone and not hold the burden by myself. I've learned that I'm a toxic person to myself, and it's not helping me in the long run.

To just breathe. It gets better

This is the first day of my second week with 7cups.

Knowing that I have a place to come to to share my experience, have access to tools, exercises, and listeners whenever I feel like connecting has given me a greater sense of security and confidence in my ability to care for myself, and receive care.

I also enjoy the good feeling of uplifting others with my shares, increasing the well being for all of us.

I really appreciate having this great resource available to me, and for all of the wonderful people here. Thank you! 😊❤️🙏🏼

I completed 100 steps, and I had learned a lot of things. For instance, to be grateful and that sometimes it's okay to stop worrying. Also, now I know some awesome ways of coping :)
