I've learned that my situation is only temporary. And it's okay to cut ties to toxic people... even if they are your family.

Sometimes, the most unusual and least expected way to deal with certain situation could be the most helpful or effective ones.

I learned that not everyone will understand your mental illness and people will leave your life whether you like it or not. You have to accept what you can't change in order to move on. This stigma associated with mental illnesses prevented me from seeking help because I was in denial of having it. Now, I finally accepted the truth and I'm not ashamed of my illness. I will get through this.

One thing I have learned through my whole experience is that you cant change what other people think, but you can stop caring about what they think thank you all.
