I really do feel compelled to share an observation(s). It's something that I have seen over time and for a very long time. Yes, it involves each and every person on this team, that I have ever had the privilege of working with, interacting with, spending time with here on this platform and in any capacity no matter where it has happened on this site (and yup, that is a wholeeeeeee lot of you-the majority of the team members).

Something I have noticed from each and every one of you is integrity! Each and every one of you are consistent and consistently good no matter where you travel here on the platform. For me, it feels like each one of you have truly embraced this role, you take it seriously, you have internalized spreading joy to others. Each and every one of you is a stellar teammate! 😊❤️

Each and every one of you is respectful of others, patient, kind and caring, helpful and show a great deal of self control and restraint when in the presence of others who do not have that same mindset. I have seen many of you be the bigger person, the better person and walk away/ignore behaviors from others that were intentionally creating conflict where there was none initially.

For me, it's really refreshing to see others that not only "talk the talk, but walk the walk". Not a one of you in the bunch, that I have ever worked with, have spent time creating these beautiful posts for teammates, passing along messages that we all need to "fill up our cups", just to see it as an exercise in typing, having the attitude of I'm done for the day, I'm off the time clock and now I will move along the platform and be difficult to interact with. I have yet to see that happen! ❤️

I gotta' say, this be one bangin' team baby! lol 😊 To the Peer Appreciation team.......I appreciate you my friends! ❤️ Thank for being, what I call "being the example" around here! We all have much to learn from you! *bows in front of greatness* ❤️ I am truly grateful for all of you!
