Best & Worst Advice I’ve Ever Gotten / Game🥂
Hey, Forum Rockstars! 🎸💥
Time to take a break from being all serious and do something fun, wild, and a little bit hilarious! It’s the “Best & Worst Advice I’ve Ever Gotten” game, and it’s about to get super real, super funny, and, most importantly—super empowering! 🚀💪
Here’s mine to start the fun:
Worst advice:
“Just stay in your comfort zone and everything will be fine.”
(But guess what? Nothing amazing ever happens in the comfort zone. It’s the bold steps, the risks, and the challenges that lead to true growth. The comfort zone is just a nice place to visit—but you can’t build your dreams there. 🚀)
Best advice:
“Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Make the moment perfect with the choices you make right now.”
(This advice hit me like a bolt of lightning! It taught me that perfection doesn’t exist, but action does. Every small, intentional step we take today shapes the future we want tomorrow. You’ve got the power to create your perfect moment now!) 💪✨
NOW, it’s your turn to shine brighter than ever! 🌟
1. Worst advice: The advice that made you laugh, cry, or consider adopting a pet cactus to distract yourself. 😂
2. Best advice: The words that made you feel like you could literally move mountains—or at least tackle that list of things you’ve been avoiding. 🏔️✨
Let’s get those stories flowing, whether it’s a hilarious fail or a moment of pure motivation, we wanna hear it! Don’t hold back, because we’re all here to share the laughs, learn from each other, and cheer each other on! 🙌🔥
Remember: You’re already amazing for being here, for showing up, and for sharing your wisdom with the world. The best is yet to come, and you’re creating your own destiny with every choice you make. ❤️
P.S. If you’ve ever been told, “Don’t dream too big,” just know that we’re all about dreaming big, shining bright, and taking over the world, one laugh at a time. So let’s make some noise! 🎉
Hey! Loving this post. 😊
Best advice:
“Trust your own path without worrying what other people are doing. Comparing yourself, consciously or subconsciously, to the successes of others isn’t going to propel you forward..” 🌻
I've heard that comparison is the thief of joy. This tip was one that encapsulated the meaning of comparing yourself with others' achievements, progress, situations and circumstances. Often, comparison may lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, lack of confidence and inadequacy. It's a nice reminder to reflect on and be aware of.
Worst advice:
Haven't been able to think of the worst advice I've heard as yet. However, I agree with you completely and couldn't have said it better myself. The comfort zone is a nice place to visit, however, growth is difficult to come by without challenging yourself. Well said! ⭐
Again, @brightaday thank you for the opportunity to share this. I always look forward to your posts. Keep up the amazing work! 💓
A best advice would be to forget the past, and move forward. Dwelling on the past mistakes can be quite painful, thus it is important to remind oneself that we are humans and mistakes do occur in our lives. We are not perfect human beings.
I haven't got any worst advice but I will come up with one. To concentrate and focus on your weakness. Well, it is important to take into consideration the weaknesses but It doesn't mean to just be upset about yourself. But to take action. It is also important to be focused on the positives or strengths. As it boosts ones mood.
Thank you sharing this post.🤗

Best advice I ever got was actually from the book/movie Sybil. "You're never ready for what you have to do. You just do it. That makes you ready."
Because I was (and still do sometimes) wait for the perfect moment, wait to feel ready, wait and wait. But that doesn't help. You just have to do it.
Worst advice was from a doctor. "You'd be less depressed if you lost some weight and wore some make up. Put some effort in, it'll make the depression go away." (Needless to say I said a few choices words to him and walked out.)
@witchybirdie
Ohhhh no ; wow, what a Dr!!!
@joyfulUs2825
Honestly! I was so surprised and taken back I didn't say anything for a few moments, just blinked at him.
Worst advice is usually.. like "We don't really know how to help you".
Best advice, "We can offer you support without fingers being placed behind the back"
