Not sure yet. Decisions taken years ago may have not yet had a result. Some small decisions which one can't even remember become those who may have the biggest impact(s) years later.
For instance, the reasons why I decided to study Japanese and Political Sciences were ridiculous back when I was 17 (in 1970). One was to speak a language my mother did not already speak and the other school was to meet proper young men in my circle. It turned out the Japanese was the way to find work and eventually marry a proper young man then another. However, my mother being competitive, she started speaking Russian fluently.
Had music as a serious hobby which turned into long years performing professionally and landing a dream job which had nothing to do with music, but much with diplomacy.
Some decisions had to be super quick but saved me when I was assaulted or almost assaulted. Then, there are decisions for which I take a looooong time sometimes until it does not matter anymore.
