I love to talk about mental health, gardening, cooking, and pets. I am 41 married living in Canada Alberta. I suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorder. I am a survivor of childhood sexual, emotional, psyichal abuse, rape. I lost my Mom at the age of 15. I am glad to be on 7 cups.

...See more Hi everyone, Todays session was a tough one. My therapist did a dissociation test on me. I tested high and it took me for surprise. I am hoping to overcome this. I know the first step is to understand this part of myself and take things slow. I just feel overwhelmed and scared. Thanks for reading this

...See more Hi everyone, my anxiety is lower today then it has been for weeks. I had a good session with my therapist yesturday and feel that i am making progress with things in my life. Anxiety is one thing i have had to deal with all of my adult life.
