Kabobs are something I do well. My grill makes short work of them...ready in under 12 minutes! It's amazing what you can do with nothing more than a bed of live coals & something to put the kabobs on.

How about some Babyback Ribs soaked in the sauce of your choice, Cooked slow and tender the meat just falls off the bone.
