What's the ONE THING that you need to improve?

You know, there's a lot of situations we're dealing with, right?
And sometimes we have qualities about ourselves that we want to improve so we can live life better, is that correct?
Well, I want to know what you want to improve and maybe I can help you out with that!
For starters, let me start with one thing about me that I wish to improve on.
That is: Patience
Having a lot of patience is hard to manage sometimes because we want it when we want it and right away. I find myself wanting things right away and never wanting to wait time to make it happen, or let it come. Throughout my life journey, there were life situations that taught me patience in many ways and I know there's some minor tweaks that I need to make in order to have that patience I need for future endeavors.

I need to improve my confidence, for sure.
I need to improve my ability to face things and not avoid them. Avoidance is such a big problem for me
Confidence is the biggest one for me. I get in these downward spirals of depression, feeling worthless, leading to deeper depression.
I need to work into balancing out my emotions. Feeling extremely happy leads to anger, feelings extremely low leads to depression and self-destruction. Can't be jumping from one to another like I am...

I need to improve the fact I depend so much on my boyfriend. I hate that I sometimes come across needy at times of feeling low and anxious. He understands but id like to become more confident and not have to depend on anyone so much!
I need to improve on immediately defending myself when someone tells me I'm wrong. I have a phobia of failure due to emotional abuse as a child and growing up in a household where any small mistake was the end of the world.
I need to trust myself.
when it feels wrong, I may not immediately understand the logic but my inner barometer never lies to me.
i need to expand my interests and know that my future is in my hands. so if i want to achieve something, i must work hard and try my best :)
I need to let things go. Constant thoughts that make me irritated. Turn to unnecessary anger...
I need to improve on keeping my focus on myself and my growth, so that I can have serenity and joy whatever someone else thinks of me or what the future holds.
