If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?
I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say? 
Whether it's good or bad finally it's going to end so always be ready to learn from both times
I'm still pretty young for that but what I would write to myself when I'm in a nice place, out of my dark moments is:
Live the moment;
Don't mind others;
You deserve to be happy.
Just because he says he loves you, doesn't mean he really does. Protect your heart and your future.

Don't be so hard on yourself
Don't be stupid.
You should never feel ashamed about yourself and you should just live up to your full potential. The people who don't like will never understand, you can choose to walk away from them but if you want to please them, you will never be able to understand or like yourself at all
Focus on YOU. Your physical and emotional health. Take care of YOU.
A letter in for my younger self, why that is nearly impossible counting up all my mistakes, if i had to sum it up tho... JUST DO IT!!!!!
Hang in there. The ride gets bumpy but it's worth it!!!
