If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?

Dear younger self this is your older self ... i have a few words for you ... please be kinder to yourself , you can't please everyone you can only do so much ,

Theres going to be a few assholes who are going to upset you ..starting with your first "love " and while this may hurt alot it's also going to make you stronger .. partly because you saw him on facebook and wonderd why he made you cry for 2nights straight and why you stopped eating and wasted perfectly good food 😒.

The next is your best friend ... well so called best friend who didn't do her" best " and does not take responsibility for aiding to your years of anxiety and lack of trust when making new friends ... i could call her everything under the sun but then she would still be renting space in my head and well someone as vile and as cold does not deserve such royalty. , and while yes there are many many more ass holes ... theres also good people too ..

Try and focus on those people, you will feel better ..

you're gunna be ok you are trying to make a statement in your world and you got this ... just don't forget to BREATHE ..

Lastly ... take a good look in the mirror u see that size 10 body you had ...

Yup that's done ! GET SOME EXERCISE U LAZY DEVIL !!

If we were being honest. I would say..

"Just because everyone has high expectations, and bullies you. Be yourself, don't try to be someone you aren't. Being someone else stinks, I should know.
