If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?
I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say?
Apologize sincerely only
@Kashie not freak, different.
It's okay to fail but don't give up
In 3 words id say: Punch bully HARD.
If i had more id say: Youre stronger than you think, so i advice you to really punch one of youre bullies direcktly in the face. Just nock him to the grownd. Because at you age it isent elegal.
To you people reading this: you might think this is a bit harsh, but i would say it because i had to go to an aktuall terapist in my teenage years because i git some big anger managnent ishues because i had bottled up so mutch anger. Hope you understand
You are asking so many questions it is ok.
But answers can come later.And they will.
You are stronger than you think and give time yourself. Believe in yourself and love yourself.
1. Stop comparing yourself to others. Remember you are you and you are created equal but unique. Make the best out of your uniqueness.
2. Life is not fair. It is the game of life so deal with it. Be brave.
3. Life is too short. Enjoy things and let the river flow. Take it slow.
4. Nothing is permanent.
5. It's okay not to be okay sometimes. We're humans and that's normal.
6. Pain makes us stronger and it makes you a real human! Be strong.
7. Do your best, not just try. Doing your best is already an accomplishment even if you didn't achieve your goals.
8. Listen to your heart and go for it.
9. Love your mom (parents) everyday.
10. Love your siblings everyday.
11. Be yourself.
12. And the list goes on and on...
You're not crazy
Don't take the blame
You are a person to be valued. .
Not a bit of rubbish .
Wish I could have said tothat teather I will amount to something my vrey best .😦
Hmmm... tough one it would have to be something along these lines:
Listen to Yourself (I listened too much to those around me, something I came to regret later on, as I would put others opinions above mines and would get easily manipulated into shenanigans especially in highschool)
Smile from within (My face often smiled, while I would forget about how I truly feel and walk around with this plastered mask I called my friendly face expression, that fooled people but never fooled me)
Emotions are inner-reviews (I cheated here a bit haha I hope it's ok, but anyway I think just like we get a physical warning in form of pain when we touch a hot stove to prevent ourselves from burning, our emotions are our ways of preventing some bad outcomes. Some people think emotions are outcomes, I think we are taught by society to react to them like outcomes, while in reality they are little warnings that we aren't doing something right according to our interior values and principles, such as we may be silent when being taken advantage of and later we feel bad, because we probably should have spoken up and defended ourselves, or we maybe sad because we lost a loved one because we concentrate on the new distance rather than be grateful we had them in our lives to begin with, or we say something and feel guilty, etc. My point is paying attention to the emotions is important, but it is best to see them as inner reviews and guide points, rather than identify ourself with them and make them a constant part of us)
(Those are just my opinions and my ways of thinking, that I know would have helped me, in no way am I claiming that these are the only ways to think or feel, or that those advices are right for you, but if you like them feel free to give them a try! )
@Kashie
Don't stress to much studying and trying to obtain always the maximum you can. Nobody is putting pressure on you: you are the only one. A bad grade, a failed test or a not succesful proof is nothing... Everybody will be proud of you anyway.
This notes comes from a older yourself, who still struggle to understand these simple concept: please do it now, because it's easier to change when you are young!
